Haymes Law Group has thrown out the time clocks. No more billing in the six minute increments that most lawyers do. All fees are agreed to in advance on a flat-fee basis so you will never have any surprises. Nor will you be afraid to call your lawyer to get much needed advice. Kristina R. Haymes, J.D., M.A.
Attorney and Mediator
 Kristina R. Haymes has been a lawyer for a decade and graduated from one of the country’s top-ten law schools, the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law – (now known as Berkeley Law). Kristina began her legal career at premier, international firms in San Francisco. She then practiced in New Jersey when her husband, Dr. Cesar Haymes, took their family to the East Coast for his medical residency. While in New Jersey, Kristina also became a mediator participating in training at Pepperdine’s Straus Institute and at Harvard, and she worked resolving litigation, family business, real estate, and trust and estate disputes outside of court.
Kristina loves being back in San Diego where she grew up and now combines her passion for law and mediation with her trust and estate practice in her firm, Haymes Law Group. Kristina’s mission is to empower and equip families to protect their wealth, provide for and protect their minor children were something to happen, and to create legacies that last by passing on more than material wealth to future generations.
Kristina’s goal is to be your family’s trusted advisor and to assist you in making the best legal, financial, and business decisions throughout your life and to be there to guide your loved ones when you cannot be.
Kristina lives in San Diego with her husband and three boys and they enjoy playing soccer, tennis, swimming, and going to the beach. Kristina has volunteered as an advisory board member for the Boys & Girls Club Montessori School, raised funds for her local church, and coaches youth soccer.

Lisa Manriquez
Paralegal
 Lisa Manriquez has been a legal assistant/paralegal for nine years. She graduated from the paralegal program at University of San Diego. Lisa has expertise in various types of law which include; Personal Injury, Construction Defect, heavy litigation, Family Law, Real Estate and Estate, Trusts & Wills. Her passion is helping families in any way she can.
Lisa will be assisting your family as the Haymes Law Group paralegal, helping you with your Kids Protection Plans and other estate planning needs.
Lisa lives in San Diego with her husband, and two young children. She loves to spend time with them outdoors and is also on the PTG Board at her son’s school.
